More Media Suicide Watch

Please, please keep this one filed for later. Put the link in a text document on your computer so you can pull it up later when I’m proven right.
The mainstream media is committing suicide. They are pointing a shotgun at their head and pulling the trigger.
Joe Biden spoke last week during the convention about how in a media circus he was sworn in at his kids’ hospital beds for the Senate. Then, as a single dad, he told how he left his kids in Delaware to ride the train two hours each way to work in the Senate, there to get them off to school and tuck them into bed.
NY Times Article
Not one peep out of any mainstream newspaper or television news show or any other media outlet about how irresponsible this was, which it probably wasn’t. I’m sure he had other family support and help with the boys . . .
Sarah Palin, when she is sworn in this coming January, will be working in the same city as her family. She will have a spouse at home. She will have older kids to help her husband take care of younger kids. There will be a Secret Service detail assigned to the entire family. She will be the working mom that feminists supposedly hold in such high regard.
Yet, it’s all over the media that she shouldn’t be “abandoning” her children to be V.P. They are going after her over “troopergate” where Todd, not her, submitted evidence of child and spousal abuse and other abuses of power by their soon to be ex-brother-in-law and then removed the Police Commissioner. She offered the guy a different post in her administration. He refused. She removed a lot of the officials of the previous administration to get a fresh start!
According to Glenn Beck:
She stood up to a man that she felt was abusive to another woman! This should be celebrated, but it’s not because she’s a conservative on other issues.
It’s insulting to say that pro-choice women won’t vote for her because she’s pro-life. Women are way more multi-dimensional than that! The economy, taxes, national security, etc. are also issues important to women. Sure, for some women there is only one issue they vote on, even if they do care about the others, but most pro-choice women have more that they care about than that.
She’s pro-family, anti-taxes, against government growth, not afraid to take on her own party and fix things that are wrong. She fights corruption, she’s a woman a lot of woman can identify with.
It’s going to backfire. The New York Times and other liberal newspapers are already struggling financially and they will lose a lot of subscribers. People will go to the Internet, Fox, and other places and hear the other side.
However, on this issue, there’s no need to go to other sources. When they suggest that because she’s a mother, she shouldn’t be running, women don’t need to look elsewhere to be offended. When the media makes sexists statements, women don’t need the Internet to see them and cancel their subscriptions over them.
Watch, there will be massive overhauls at these media outlets or outright failure. Bookmark this. There will be a fallout.
Look at the electoral maps at CNN or Yahoo! Or anywhere else and you will see that Middle America, small town America, is still in play. Even the states they have in Obama’s column are still in play. They are going to hand McCain the election, and heads will roll.

According to Glenn Beck:
That's all that matters. What doesn't matter is the fact that the allegations were that he was abusing the family, shooting a stun gun at their child. It doesn't matter that when she said she was going to get a divorce and she wanted to divorce him that he came up to her and said, if you divorce if you hire an attorney, I will kill your father. That, by the way, is one of the verifiable facts in Trooper Gate. The rest, the investigation is still ongoing. We do know he said to her, "I'll kill your father if you hire an attorney." But why by the way, that would be the governor's father.
